your comments to this page. Blackburn, Thomas Jr. W. - Who was a Colonel and our Base Commander. Budick, Frank J - Deceased in 2001. He was an Air Police Segeant. Bradley, Beahan - was a captain and preceded John Wilson as master controller of Bravo crew Bradley, Francis B. Cable, Kenneth A. Churilla, William A. Cogley, Don his wife Lorraine, resides in Canada. Garrett, Ernest Deterbille, Albert R. Ewing, Guesler Galupi, Harold L. Goodloe, Turner S. – died in 1992 in his early 50's, radar operator. His wife said that he spoke ofter of the great times he had at Langerkopf and the fun he experienced there. Hinmon, John - was an airman on Bravo crew surveillance section. Koehne, Richard A. - was an airman in operations. Monteith, Rowan M. - was a major who worked in the Operations section Rampy, James W. Reath, George D. Skeans, Edward - was an airman in the surveillance section of Bravo crew and transferred to France sometime in 1963. Surface, James – Crew Chief on B Crew. Useleton, William C. Jr. Walkerow, Donald - was an airman on Bravo crew's surveillance section. Warden, August F. Captain in OPS Was a WWII B-17 Gunner and POW, Passed in 1990. Weidenbacher, Gunter Wilson, John C. - was a major and master controller in charge of Bravo crew. Wray, Curtis L. was in ground power. Nate Mano - died of a heart attack in June of 2004. He will be missed. SCOPEL, ROBERT A. 63, of Lutz, Florida , died Tuesday, June 13, 2006 , at University Community Hospital . He was born in Amsterdam , Ohio , served in the Air Force, and worked as a coal miner before moving to Florida in 1990. He retired in March 2005 from the Florida Lottery where he worked as a machine technician. Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Anita; a son, Robert R., St Petersburg FL ; his mother, Stella Scopel, Amsterdam, Ohio; two brothers, John and Elio, both of Bergholz, Ohio; and a one-year old grandson, Robert J., St. Peterburg , FL.
